IDAHO SILVER FLAGSTONE
A Silvery-Gray Quartzite. Idaho Silver is available in Stepping Stones or Select Patio Slabs. The smaller Stepping Stones are usually around 1"-3" in thickness, and average about 1-5 square feet per piece. The patio slabs are larger and are usually around 3-8 square feet per piece.
Flagstone require 4-6 inches of compacted gravel and 1 inch of sand (for leveling) in sub-grade preparation. Sub-grade and excavation are important details to remember during the planning and budgeting phases of your project.
